Mini Anchor/Anchor Rivet Nuts

Kerb Konus Fasteners Pvt Ltd is engaged in manufacturing various types of Threaded Inserts in collaboration with Kerb-Konus-Vertriebs-GmbH, Germany, specially for sheet metal, electronics and automobile industries. Mini Anchor/Anchor Rivet Nuts are offered in a wide range of serrated rivet nuts. These nuts are available from size M 2 to M 10 for sheet thickness 0.5 mm to 5.0 mm in materials MS and brass. These nuts come in two types – Anchor and Mini Anchor. Anchor rivet nuts are suitable for high-torque and high load applications. For other applications with weight and space saving applications, Mini Anchor is recommended. These rivet nuts are universally applicable and has various advantages over conventional welding of nuts and weld nuts. Rivet nuts are easy to install in punched or drilled holes (no deburring or countersinking is required); and save costs by eliminating re-tapping/re-working, expensive welding equipments, its consumables and spares. These nuts give clean, strong and permanent threads sustaining high torque loads, high pull-out strengths and vibration resistance. These rivet nuts are also available in special nut heights/stand off type as well as with blind holes. The company can also produce special rivet nuts as per customers’ specifications/drawings. It can specially manufacture rivet nuts with UNC/UNF threading on customers’ demand. The company also offers self press-in studs and hex clinch stand-offs.
