Self-Clinching Fasteners of various kinds such as floating nuts, self-clinching nuts for stainless steel, self-clinching steel and stainless steel nuts, self-clinching aluminum nuts, self-clinching standoffs, self-clinching studs, high torque, self-clinching/broaching panel fastener assemblies with captive screws, miniature self-clinching, self-locking fasteners. The tool kit contains one hand tool, flat punch, several punches and dies, punch adapter bushing, edge-depth guide, five fastener anvils and a storage case. The tool can install metric nut sizes M2 to M5, & UNC nut sizes #2-56 to #10-32.
- Punch/drill specified hole in sheet. Avoid secondary operations like de-burring.
- Place shank of nut into the hole, on the punch side. So that punch and anvil surfaces are parallel.
- Apply squeezing force until the shoulder of the fastener is seated flush with the sheet material.
- Weight: 1.25 kg / 2 3/4 lbs.
- Squeezing force: 1134 kg / 2,500 lbs.
- Equipped with punches & dies to punch holes in sheet-metal.
- Easy installation of metric and Unc self-clinching nuts.
- Ideal for prototyping and short production runs.
