Fastener Dispensing Systems

Maschinen Fabrik offers Fastener Dispensing Systems. Small components and automobile parts are dispensed from storage bins or feed hoppers at a regulated feed rate by vibratory feeders with speed controllers. One cantilevered vibratory tray is fitted on electro magnetic drive to move the products in a forward direction to supply on manufacturing lines for activities like assembly, inspection, testing or packaging. Available in over 12 basic models and several designs of trays, such vibratory feeders enhance work ergonomics and improve productivity reducing operators fatigue in repetitive manual pick and place of the parts. Constructions in carbon steel, stainless steel, and wear resistant metals and with engineering plastic liners are also available. Several feeders in tandem or a single feeder with multi-channels are used for dispensing multiple parts simultaneously at workstations.
