Zenith Industrial Products has developed a wide range of Allen bolts and hex socket type cap screws. This includes: hex socket type Allen cap screws, CSK Allen cap screws, button head Allen screws, small or shallow head Allen screws, raised Allen screws, oval head Allen cap screws, shoulder head Allen cap screws, thin head Allen screws, 1/8" to 1.1/2", 2 to 36 mm dia, OBA to 8BA, 4.to 12 American standard threads, UNC - UNF long size Allen bolts, 4 to 12 mm dia and 40 to 270 mm long, 3/16" to 1/2" dia up to 12" long, Hex socket with internal thread Allen screws. Standard references: the items can be made as per IS, BS, JIS, GOST, ASTM, ISO and DIN standards or as per given drawings or samples. Details of threads: the threads can be mm size standard, coarse, fine or special pitch, BSW, BSF, UNC, UNF, BA, BSP, size 4 to 12 and NC-NF threads. Materials: EN-8, 8.8 grade, EN-19, 10.9 grade, EN-24, 12.9 grade, SS 304, 316, 410, also possible to supply with Sursulf, liquid nitriding and nitro carburising process.
