Tube to tube hydraulic bite type couplings as per DIN 2353/(ISO: 8434) are offered in carbon, steel, brass and SS 304 and 316 as per DIN 2353/ISO: 8434 and are designed to perform in the extreme pressure up to 630 bars, temperature (from -40°C to +120°C) and vibration conditions to be used for different hydraulic and pneumatic applications. These couplings are best suited for steel, copper or stainless steel tubes where brazing, soldering, welding, flaring or threading is not possible or permissible. The fitting is a flareless three piece design comprising of a socket body having a precision conical seat, a one piece precision machined hardened progressive ring (ferrule) and a coupling nut.
