THREAD ROLLING FLAT DIES

Mohindra Precision Tools manufactures Thread Rolling Flat Dies, circular thread rolls and tangential chasers. It has in-house range of world class machinery and equipment to produce the products, made under strict quality control. The Thread Rolling Flat Dies (ground thread) is used in the production of thread rolling of automobile, structural industrial and hardware fasteners. Fasteners made of mild steel, stainless steel alloy steel and brass, etc, can be thread rolled with these dies. Thread Rolling Flat Dies are usually made from D2 grade cold work tool steel and also made with special grade steel in premium quality for rolling of hard materials and for extra long life. Dies are carefully machined and heat-treated and threads are formed on world class thread grinding machines. Thread profiles are kept as per standards and are checked utilizing profile projectors and comparators. Flat thread rolling dies are made for all thread standards, viz, metric (ISO, pitch 0.7-4.0 mm), unified and British threads (8- 40 TPI). Dies are made for maximum length of 3.10 mm and width 110 mm. Dies are manufactured to suit all Indian as well as imported rolling machines.
