Classic Engineering has been established in the year 2000 and so far till the year 2006 successfully designed manufactured number of precision moulds and 'hot runner moulds' of high productivity and high cavitation up to 96 for various applications. These include: battery tops, soap dispenser, switch gear, electronics, home appliances, medical, writing instruments, caps and closures for pharma, cosmetics and health care segments and paint containers from 1 kg to 20 ltrs. The company is a quality cautious plastic injection and blow mould manufacturer with an expertise in design, engineering and mould construction with an additional advantage of having knowledge in plastic processing. It builds moulds ranging from a prototype single cavity moulds to a large complex, multi cavity, hot runner moulds with special emphasis in short lead times, high quality and cost effective moulds. Facilities: a fully equipped in-house tooling facility using CAD/CAM to design and construct moulds. The tool room is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art machinery, which are integrated with CAD/CAM facilities through LAN, which provides a seamless integrated environment for a full proof mould development.
