DISA India Limited offers an advanced horizontal Flaskless Moulding Machine, Model DISA Match 20/24. This is designed and manufactured to deliver:

With above unique features, the DISA Match 20/24 gets aligned with the DISA state-of-the art horizontal flaskless product range – DISA Match 24/28, DISA Match 28/32 and DISA 32/32, which are produced and delivered from DISA Denmark operations. In case of iron (SG/grey) application, it is possible to pour up to 36 kg/mould and saleable castings of 10,000-12,000 tonnes/annum subject to the product mix. Features: the features of DISA Match 20/24 have been strengthened and further improved compared to DISA Match 130 – as DISA Match 20/24 is completely designed and built on a new platform, similar to the other DISA Match product range.
