Injector Nozzle Tester

Injector nozzle tester, Model NTM-400, is a precision nozzle tester, acknowledged by diesel engineers and specialists to be the finest machine of its type. It is meant for testing injection nozzle opening pressure, leakage and spray pattern, atomisation and chatter characteristics. The tester consists of: a single cylinder pump fitted with original MICO parts, hand lever fitted on a rigid base; 150 mm (6 inches) diameter heavy duty pressure gauge; ?? BSP bottom connection (0-400 kg/cm2) with 2 kg/cm2 least count as per new international standard (Bosch standard); shut off valve to isolate the pressure gauge while operating hand lever at high speed; and sheet metal fuel oil container with MICO filter. Standard accessories of the tester includes high pressure pipes A-type (M12 x M14) - one number; B-type (M 14 x M 14) - one number; handle with grip; Dowel pin of handle and O-ring of isolating valve.
