Depth Measurement System

The submersible Depth Transmitter works on the principle of strain measurements. The wettable parts are of stainless steel and compatible with water. Current output is provided through three pairs of cable of desired length. The sensor is available from 0 to 20/30/40 and 60 metres of WC. A special shielded cable with vent tube is used for barometric fluctuations. The instrument consists of a highly stabilised power supply, excitation and bridge balancing network. The 4-1/2 digit indicator will provide a suitable resolution for the selected range of depth measurement (minimum 1 cm of WC). High and low set-points, RS-232C output are provided as optional facilities. The instrument works on 230 V, 50 Hz mains.
