Automatic Web Tension Controls

We have an in house technical capability to manufacture powder Dynamometers with torque ranges from 0.5kgm to 50kgm (5Nm to 500Nm). Low-torque-high-speed and high-torque-low-speed dynamometers available . We can make test benches and dynamometers to a customer's specific requirement. Consistency and stability of torque delivered by the dynamometer is within 1% accuracy. Self cool, fan cool, chill water cool, hollow shafted or extended shaft type of dynamometers are available. Also we manufacture custom built dynamometers to suit customer applications. Our products are used extensively in test benches for automobile electric motors, tiny gear boxes, pumps engines, belts, and in laboratories of engineering colleges.

We have an in house technical capability to produce Tension Control Systems. It consists of a powder brake, tension transducer and automatic tension controller. We have 5kgm, 10kgm, 20kgm and 40kgm systems. Thepower consumption of the coil is less than 40watts. Self cool, fan cool, chill water cool, hollow shafted or extended shaft types of powder brakes are available. Import substitution, replacement of other makes is possible. Our products are used in web offset printing m/c, rotogravure printing m/c, coating and lamination m/c, flexo printing m/c, paper flexo ruling m/c, computer stationery forms making m/c, power transformer and welding transformer making m/c, the process industry of paper, wire, cloth, plastic film industries, etc.
