Digital Temperature Controllers

Guided Control Systems offers digital temperature controller, Model DTC-702 calibrated for J/K/R/S/T thermocouples or RTD Pt-100 sensors, covering a temperature range of 0?C to +1,600?C. A brightred, 3Y2-digit, 0.56"mm high, 7-segment LED display is provided for process temperature indication. The desired temperature can be set by using a front panel thumbwheel switch. The control action in Model DTC-702 is available with either On/Off or time proportionating with output as relay changeover contact rated at 6 A/240 V AC (resistive load). The controller incorporates inbuilt, automatic cold junction compensation for thermocouple input and lead resistance compensation for Pt- 100 sensor input. It also features fail-safe for open/break sensor with display indication. The accuracy of this digital temperature controller is better than 0.5%. The instrument operates on 230 V AC supply and comes housed in ABS moulded enclosures having dimensions of 96 (H) x 96 (W) x 150 (D) mm, 72 (H) x 72 (W) x 110 (D) mm, and 96 (H) x 48 (W) x 110 (D) mm. The applications of Model DTC-702 are in injection moulding, paper, sugar,and rubber industries, ovens, furnaces, boilers, chemical, pharmaceutical, cement petrochemical, glass and textile industries.
