Trace Humidity Meter

Hygrophil 5672 is a new type of hygrometer for the measurement of residual and trace humidity. Developed by Ultrakust division of Bartec Componenten und Systeme GmbH, Germany, the H-5672 is a high quality microprocessor controlled fibre-optic measuring system. It comprises a very small probe which allows extremely fine local resolution connected via a fibre-optic cable to the evaluator. The probe can be used in vacuum, in high pressure and in potentially explosive areas giving it many additional advantages over conventional measuring system. High precision, high repeatability, high responsiveness, insensitivity to electromagnetic fields, and interference-free transmission of measured values give the PRODUCT a wide utility in flammable gases such as clear gas, natural gas, hydrogen, chlorine, sulphur, and hexafluoride. The unit also finds applications in PRODUCTion, quality assurance and R&D Values measured are: Dewpoint: ~100?C to +25?C; Humidity in PPMV: 0~10,000 P; RH: 0-30%; VP: 0~20 hPa; and Working temperature of probe: +5 to +100?C.
