Peak Load Indicator/Logger for Compression Testing Machines

Countronics offers the Peak Load Indicator with a large alphanumeric LCD display providing easy viewing and user friendly settings for compression testing machines. The peak load is detected using a special algorithm to ensure true peak detection indicated by a buzzer. The pace rate or the rate of change of load is constantly displayed allowing the operator to adjust the rate to desired level. Over load protection is provided by a limit setting for operating the cutoff to prevent damage to the compression testing machine. A serial RS-232 output is provided for transferring peak load, sample number and time of peaking to PC for data logging. Stress at Peak load is also displayed. An auto increment feature with reset facility for the sample number of block under test reduces user intervention. Digital calibration along with tare facility provides accurate and reliable results. The Real Time Clock with battery backup and the non-volatile memory allows for all settings to be saved. Aesthetically designed front panel adds to the accuracy and reliability and along with the economic pricing makes it a very attractive product for all compression testing machine manufacturers.
