Metal Tube Rotameter

Reckon Flow Meters, a Hyderabad-based manufacturer, supplies metal tube rotameters that are designed to measure flow rate of liquids, gases, steam and vapour under critical operating conditions.These metal variable area type flow meters consists of a body, an indicator assembly and a float. A magnet encapsulated in a tapered float couples with rotating magnets connected to an indicating pointer. Thus, the movement of the float accurately indicates the flow rates in desired units. All wetted parts of the product are machined out of 316 SS and 316 SS with PTFE lining. Maximum pressure rating of the instrument is 16 to 40 bar and the allowable fluid temperature ranges from -20 to + 250 deg C.The accuracy of the rotameter during full flow is +/- 2 percent and the rangeability is 10:1 with float travel and scale length 80 mm and 90 degrees, respectively. The range of line size is 3/4" to 3" with pressure drop ranging from 800 to 1,100 mm WC depending upon the line size. The process flanges are the connections of the product that are machined as per customer requirement and the graduations of the scale enable direct reading whereas graduations in percentage is optional. Steam jacket, electrical transmitter, digital flow rate indicator, totaliser, and minimum and maximum flow alarms are the accessories provided.
