Twin Screw Extruder & Spheroniser

Sunsai Pharma Equipments Private Limited offers a fully automatic Twin Screw Extruder and Spheroniser. The extruder and spheroniser is mounted on one base, one platform. The system is fully automatic and operated through PLC with colour touch screen HMI. Features: a one-man operation system to optimise manpower and time; a very special display on HMI screen to understand the machine functions and operational status with interlocks and audio visual alarms; material feeding hopper is mounted on top of the twin screw extruder with the help of screw feeder material will charge in to the extruder; screw feeder will control the flow of the material to avoid mesh chocking problem; twin screw conveys the feed material toward mesh and the material will be converted in to the shape of noodles with the help of end side rotors and the mesh; extruded material will be collected in to the alternate feeding hopper to discharge the same into both the spheroniser; material feeding weight will be display on HMI with the help of loads cell; discharge pneumatic system is mounted below the hopper; both the feeding hoppers activated accordingly and discharge the collected material in to the spheroniser; SS cover with one acrylic window and SS funnel will be mounted on top of the spheroniser; spheroniser shell is in accurate diameter with the process of honing to maintained clearance of checker plate; interchangeability of checker plate assembly is made much easier with the help of pneumatic checker plate lifting mechanism operated through PLC for the user friendly operation; and spheronise material can be collected in to the trays to maintain its shape and size.
