Rotational Moulding Machine

The Rotational Moulding Machine, EN-1000, is a single station bi-axial moulding machine with single U arm. U arm is heavy duty and supported from both side by bearing housings. Capacity of the arm is to mount vertical tank of 1000 lit maximum. The machine requires only 3.25 HP power. It is highly fuel-efficient and requires 3.5 litres of diesel for making a 1000 litre tank. It is bi-axial, and gives uniform wall thickness. It is suitable for making single, double and triple layer tank. Uniform distribution of heat in furnace makes it highly suitable for production of insulated tanks. The other available models are EN 500 x 2 and EN-2000.
