Forged Components of High Integrity

Flash Forge is engaged in design development of high integrity components used in special applications in nuclear, defence, power sector, offshore and petrochemical applications. The basic processing is based on using closed die forging with precision machining and metal characterisation to get most homogeneous products to withstand high service stresses. The company has a strong team of technologist engineers and specialist testing infrastructure. It has installed special multi direction forging presses for bulge forming, extrusion and swaging, etc. In addition to manufacture of components assemblies, the facilities also carryout weldability, brazing design integrity in addition to ASME IX requirements. The design proof test as per ASME 16.9, 16.39 and 31.3 also indicate the performance integrity of components. The 3500-tonne press undertakes processing variety of alloys, e.g., nickel and nickel alloys, maraging steel, titanium and other chrome-moly alloys and non-ferrous alloys. Our quality control labor
