Hora Hardware & Fasteners is a cold heading job shop, specialising in high volume quality cold forged components. These include: stepped rivets, special bolts, screws of various types/sizes and products ranging from concept and prototype to full production in different types of material grades such as SS, MS, alloy steel, etc. Continuous technical advancement has replaced many machined and turned components to cold forged components, which saves material and labour besides enhancing the quality of product finish. The company has the facilities to produce complex parts and continues to upgrade to current technologies and methods, having added many in-house secondary operations including threading, machining, centreless grinding, honing, ID/OD grinding, pressing and small assemblies. To support quality, it has in-house testing and measuring machines like Spectrolab, tensile testing, concentricity, micro hardness tester and profile projector. An expert team is able to meet or exceed requirements in quality, service and price while producing high precision parts in large volumes with quick turn-around times.
