BHAL has excellent manufacturing facilities which include the best Melting Shop, equipped with a series of induction furnaces in various capacities like 500 Kg, 1000 Kg, 2000 Kg and 2500 Kg for melting and mechanized and semi mechanized molding facility with sand plant, batch mixers, continuous mixers and pneumatic tools. BHAL is capable enough to produce casting up to 4000 kg single piece weight.
BHAL has expertise in producing sand castings for Mining, Crushing and Cement Industries. The Company is capable to manufacture 5000 MT steel castings per annum. BHAL has well equipped Pattern Shop available for development of wooden/aluminium patterns with or without match plates as per job specifications. Patterns are developed from drawings/samples provided by the customers.
