Welding Electrode Manufacturing Plants & Machines

Fluid Servicing manufactures welding electrode manufacturing plants and machines. These plants are manufactured in two different capacities. The small plant manufactures 30,000 metres coated wire or 2 tonnes of welding electrodes per shift. The large plant machines manufacture 80,000 metres coated wire or 5 tonnes production of welding electrodes per shift. These plants consist of mixers, wire straightening and cutting machines, extruders, conveyors for brushing, tipping and priming purpose, briquetting presses and baking ovens. These plants are suitable for producing all types af welding electrodes, eg, stainless steel, casting, low hydrogen cutting, etc. The plants are also available on turnkey basis. Technical know how can be provided for setting up the plant and manufacturing process.
