Tig (Argon Arc) Manual Welding Equipment

Incoil transformers manufacture TIG (argon arc manual welding equipment). The equipment has high frequency units consisting of well-balanced LRC circuit, spark gap unit and an air core transformer to prevent mains frequency from entering into the oscillating circuit. A solenoid valve, for starting the gas supply and stopping it after predetermined time, remotely controllable from the foot-pedal switch. DC suppressor or wave balancer recommended for welding of aluminium, magnesium and their alloys, when welding with AC power, the unit improves stability, eliminates clipping and balances the unbalanced AC waves. High frequency with wave balancer, a unique unit to economize and minimise the investments, specially developed for combined work of SS and aluminium. It is encased in one housing to save the requirement of space. Argon arc torch has been provided of air/water cooled torches from 50 to 600 Amps having capacities of sturdy brass construction, specially designed to be light and balanced. Torch -is supplied with water cooled cable, fuse unit and welding cable and water cooled shield or ceramic shield. Suitable set of collets to hold tungsten electrodes, of different sizes as per the applications with collet spanner. It has the following arc welding units: Flowmeter regulator, gas and water shut off valve mechanically operated to economise flow of gas and water, ceramic shield, and coolant pump (water recirculating device). The above arc welding units are found suitable for welding of most grades of carbon and alloy steels, stainless steels, aluminium and its alloys, copper, brass, bronze, as also high temperature and hard surfacing alloys, welding of wire/strips, etc.
