MULTI SPOT WELDING MACHINE FOR CYLINDRICAL WIRE CAGE MT SS

Technique manufactures a Cylindrical Wire Cage Spot Welding Machines. It is used for production of cross wire welded cylinders. This machine is designed for welding rings to long wires to form a cage. The length of cage can be as long as 8 metres. The smallest diameter that can be welded is 100 mm whereas biggest will be 300 mm. These machines are offered for 8, 10, 12, 16 and 18 wires and for wire size of 3, 4 and 5 mm diameter. The ring spacing can be adjusted from 100 to 300 mm. Applications include reinforcing dust collector canvas tubes, pre-cast cement pipes, etc. The machine has PLC and welder control which assures excellent quality and reliability. It demands 50, 60 and 100 kVA for 8, 10 and 12 respectively wires of 5 mm diameter, and 150 kVA power for 16 and 18 wires of 5 mm diameter cages. The machine is offered for fixed number of longitudinal wires and can adopt only diameter changes from 100 to 200 mm range and 200 to 300 mm range. Other products are seam welding, tin can welder, rocker arm type spot welding, spot cum projection welding, press type stitch welding, bench mounted spot welding, hot staking both manually operated and pneumatically operated brazing machine, tri-phase welder, butt welding machines, etc.
