Butt Welder For Bandsaw Blades

Bandsaw blade butt welder is used to weld bandsaw blades from 3 mm to 25 mm and l0 mm to 35 mm. This comes in the range of 3 kVA and 5 kVA. This machine is compact, rigid and easy to operate and supplied with cutting and grinding arrangements at optional cost. Cut blades are held under jaws at weld position and the weld lever is brought to weld position and pressed. Welding is done automatically and current switches off once welding is over. The picture shows a standard 3 kVA bandsaw blade welder, Model BW3.
