Jacsons Engineers offers Wallet Dispensing Machines, JE/WCM/07/01. It is a high-speed automatic machine. It is characterised by an AC drive for fine operation, automatic wallet feeding, counting arrangement and compact size for easy shifting. Features: AC drive for fine speed adjustment. Simple and easy operating; and automatic wallet feeding mechanism for single wallet delivery. It is electrically driven and thus is very fast as well as very quiet and smooth in operation. Operation: it is specially developed for the dispensing wallets; catch covers; plastic bags, etc. Its double track gives perfect linear guide to the wallets. During dispensing, one can printout them by the inkjet printer. It is for proper and fast counting of wallets within wide range in sizes and thickness. The changeover from one size of wallet to another size of wallet will take only few minutes. Technical data: dimension (approx.) - width is 635 mm, length is 990 mm, height is 508 mm; wallet range is 228 x 204 mm (maximum), 150 x 150 mm (minimum); three speeds are 100, 150, 200 wallets/minimum; net weight is 88 kg approx; and main gear motor has 400/440 volts, 3 phase, 50 cycles. Optional: pre-set digital counting with fibre optic sensor; and inject printing facility. It is used in pharmaceuticals, latex, foods, pesticides, agro and cosmetic industries.
