Special Purpose Machines (SPMs)

Macht Technologies Pvt Ltd, since inception in 1994, has developed a vast number of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) for customers in the Indian auto industry. These SPMs are tailor-made for a variety of components: pistons, piston rings, gudgeon pins, engine valves, cylinder blocks, differential housing, crankshafts, con rods, etc. These are machines designed for specific applications and are hence named accordingly, viz., multi axes duplex milling with automation; 3 axes CNC multi spindle milling machine; multi spindle drilling/reaming machine, etc. The machines can be offered with many add-on features such as: automation – loading unloading system; linear position readout system for X-axis for better accuracies on diameter; post process measuring system with auto tool correction for uninterrupted production and better process control; and live tooling. Macht Technologies Pvt Ltd is an engineering company founded in year 1994 by a father and son team of technocrats. It provides solutions to the automobile and precision engineering industry, in design and manufacture of: special purpose machines; sub-assemblies like spindles and slides; and automation systems – robotic automation together with Reis Robotics of Germany. The company also manufactures precision parts, mainly for exports.
