Macht Technologies Pvt Ltd offers ‘Made to Order’ CNC Machines. The company, engaged in designing special purpose machines for close to two decades, decided in the year 2011 to develop its own range of machines after a Market Survey which indicated that though there are many manufacturers of standard machines, there was a need for something “More”. This was also supported by its own experience that every customer and the ‘jobs’ have their own unique needs, and hence the decision to launch the Turning Program. The company has based the design of its machines on the modular concept so as to impart flexibility to take on variety of components as well as build machines based on the customers’ or their components’ specific requirements. Each machine shall be suited to the family of components desired by them, based on their size, accuracy as well as the productivity required. The Turning Machine Product Program includes: end turning for shafts (with centring facing and clamping diameter generation); middle drive CNC lathes with multi axes for simultaneous machining of shafts; single spindle lathes (horizontal or vertical); and multi spindle CNC lathes. CNC Lathe MT-15: in September 2011 the company commissioned its 1st CNC Turning Centre in their own Precision Parts Exports Division and it is running successfully ever since. It has since commissioned more such lathes. Macht Technologies Pvt Ltd is an engineering company founded in year 1994 by a father and son team of technocrats. It provides solutions to the automobile and precision engineering industry, in design and manufacture of: special purpose machines; sub-assemblies like spindles and slides; and automation systems – robotic automation together with Reis Robotics of Germany. The company also manufactures precision parts, mainly for exports.
