Automatic Sleeve (Pipe) Splitting (Parting Off) Machine

Indu has developed an automatic sleeve splitting (parting off) machine. The machine consists of revolving work-head, expansion type of mandrel, slitting saw cutter-head with a provision to mount 50 cutters, feeding system, pneumatic and electrical controls. The machine can split a pipe/sleeve of maximum diameter of 150 mm and maximum length of 300 mm into a maximum of 50 rings. Indu has infrastructure to design such kind of automatic parting off machines to suit customers' requirements.
