WAVE SOLDERING MACHINES FOR CONVENTIONAL & SMDs

TMPL Machines offers state-of-the-art machines for wave soldering applications, Model Minimatic and Soldmatic SMT. These come in conveyor widths for PCB assemblies ranging form 180 mm to 450 mm. The special features include choice of pallet (chain or belt type) or finger type conveyor, foam fluxer or atomised spray fluxer, forced convection pre-heater or quartz IR heater, solid-state power controls, and modular micro processor controls with power saving circuit. The new dual air knife to remove excess flux, SS spill trays for flux and solderpot, etc, and a choice of DC and new vector control AC drives for conveyor and solder pumps enhance the performance of the machine. The machine has built in combinations of reflective with high temperature ceramic insulation to prevent dissipation of heat from the machine. Auto actuator for flux and solder ensures optimum utilization and prevents excess evaporation of flux and dross formation. The PCB carrier has been designed keeping in view high-density PCB assemblies and can be sent so as to strike the solder wave at an angle and reduce bridging. A choice of bench top and rugged production models ensure that these machines can be used for R&D as well as high volume production applications.
