Special Purpose Milling Machines

Amolik offers special purpose machines to do fine milling work like slitting, grooving and key-way machining. They are available in various versions: vertical, horizontal, and arbour type. The main spindle design is based on the FAG, Germany, recommendations for paired angular contact spindle bearings with standard preloading to ensure precision and rigidity during operation. The accessories include precision sliding table, coolant tank with pump and filter, machine lamp, magnifiers, jigs/fixtures for holding/clamping the job and the cutting tools needed for the work. The machine is said to be ideal for milling collets, guide-ways, slots, and similar jobs.
