Monga Electronics offers a system for continuous wire annealing and tempering. Today's advanced design concepts warrant most engineering components to be heated to either form different shapes or attain specific grain structures. Monga range of induction heating systems is offered with custom built application suited coils, material handling solutions with complete automation and provides the user the versatility and sophistication, distinguished design and process demand. Advantages of induction heating: controlled heating; selective heating; non polluting; energy efficient; no `start-up’ time; high speed of production; cost effective. Specifications of continuous wire annealing and tempering machine: input voltage – single phase/three phase; output power – 3, 5, 10, 20 kW; output frequency – 50 kHz to 80 kHz; input power – 4, 7, 14, 27 kVA; duty cycle – 100%; speed of line (variable) – 2 meter/min to 40 meter/min; temperature - 300ºC to 1100ºC; and optional – winder of coil, unwinder of coil, cooling tunnel (as per requirement) with air and water indirect contact.
