Centrifugal Finishing Machine

Tasta Engineers manufactures centrifugal finishing machines to remove burrs and toolmarks from metal components and to refine their surfaces. The machine is said to make possible certain results, which are not achievable on rotary barrel or vibrating machines. It works on the principle of centrifugal force generated by rotation of barrels. Four barrels are mounted onto a turret at equal distance. The turret rotates in one direction, while barrels rotate on its axis in opposite direction. This generates centrifugal force of up to 50 gravities. The barrels are loaded with components and media. The high centrifugal force creates sliding action between components and media. With suitable finishing compound being added, the best possible result is obtained in shortest time. Smartly designed barrels facilitate easy loading and unloading of media and components as well as separation of the same. Centrifugal deburring/finishing machine is ideal for small and lightweight components such as spectacle frame parts, imitation jewellery, sewing machine parts, pressed articles, brass parts, and bearing balls.
