The offered new Single Pass Honing Machine is used for high volume, high accuracy and designed to cater precise requirements.
- In multi-spindle single pass honing, the component advances automatically to next station diamond tool/spindle and the bore size progressively corrected by 0.03-0.04 mm at the end of 4th spindle
- Very close tolerances can be achieved consistently with required surface finish through single pass honing process; suitable for diameter 5-15 mm and length up to 50 mm; bore accuracy of 0.003 and Ra of 0.4-0.6 micron; production rate of 2500 to 3500 pcs/day, and
- Blind/through bores can be honed; has a simple CNC control and a user friendly interface to operate; and compact, sturdy, easy and less set-up time.
