The Flexible Arm Tapping Machine is a compact, lightweight and portable machine and has a massive reach. This machine has horizontal reach of 890 mm in 360 degrees, and vertical reach of 400mm from mounting face. This machine is supplied with reversible tapping attachments, so there is no need for operator to reverse motor for tap extraction after tapping. These machines provide a cost effective solution to costly tapping operation on VMC where by Tapping operation is done on this machine thereby saving costly VMC machine hour rate. Also operator utility increases as his idle time during VMC operation is utilized. These machines are available in pure vertical and universal models.
