Secon Technological Solutions Inc offers CNC Rotary Tables with Worm and Wheel Drive, NCT/TRT/ERT Series, from Exact Machinery Co Ltd, Taiwan. The NCT series of tables will increase machining centres’ production capacity. Mounted in either a horizontal or vertical plane, these tables are used to add 4th or 5th axis capability. Inside the rotary tables, the worm wheel and worm gear systems decide the table accuracy and life. Through the strict inspection and in- house machining of the worm system, Exact guarantees products optimal performance and high dynamic durability. Only a small amount of hydraulic fluid is required to achieve an optimum clamping force, the source of which can be from a mini hydraulic pump unit or an air to hydraulic oil intensifier. NCT series – CNC rotary table with universal housing: NCT tables are designed with axial/radial bearings to provide excellent load and thrust capabilities. The hydraulic clamp produces a massive holding power and the housing withstand any twisting or flexing. The large centre bore series provide for added flexibility when adding workholding devices. Exact offers various sizes from 125 mm dia to 1200 mm dia with minimum increment of 0.001degree/repetitive accuracy of ±4”. These are suitable for any servo motors like Fanuc/Siemens/Mitshubishi, etc.
