Built on modular concepts it is well suited for high volume production and precision machining. Cross roller bearings used for the table provide rigidity to carry high loads. High precision table encoder is provided for accurate indexing and contouring in 'C' axis operations. Ram with live tools is supported by a 12-tool disc type ATC. The machine is designed for working with low tool deflections and minimum vibrations even during heavy machining using FEM analysis. The company also offers Centring & Facing Machine, In-Situ Facing Machine, Vertical Milling Machine , CNC Lathe, CNC Multi Spindle Drilling Machine, etc.
