The Autocomp CNC 55 from HMT is a low investment CNC lathe tailor made for small scale industries manufacturing automobile components like ring gear, fly wheel, an crown wheel. Consistent and accurate PRODUCTion is ensured by the 2-axis CNC system along with precision ball screw and state-of-the-art AC servo drives. The machine is also suitable for large swing components in the medium and heavy industries where a full fledged CNC lathe is no techno-economically justified. This machine can also offered as a horizontal bed full-fledged CNC lathe with an AC spindle drive having constant surface speed option for intricate components.
