Precitec offers a CNC Lathe, Model TC 350. Salient features: rigid cast iron torque tube contribution main slide base, slant bed 60 degree construction; 60 and 110 mm diameter tail stock quill with integral precision live spindle; high precision angular contact bearing spindle for speeds up to 6000 RPM with grease and 9300 RPM with oil lubricationl; direct poly V-belt drive for spindle; admit between centres 400 mm for TL-130 and 400, 800 or 1250 mm for LT-350; chucker option also available, heavy-duty LM guides for Z-axis and hardened and ground for X-axis with Turcite lining; various options of speed range and spindle power to suit customers’ job requirement; easiest access to operator for loading and unloading, tool changing, etc; clear top for easy loading through robots, gantry, jib crane, etc; removable chip tray with side or back option for chip conveyor; modular construction with upgradability to live tools; heavy-duty 63 and 100 size turrets either electromechanical or hydraulic, bi-directional 8- or 12-station as per customer’s choice; live tool option also available, VDI tooling options, hydraulic steady rests, auto bar feeding, auto loading robots optionally available, option of Siemens of Fanuc CNCs, and automatic centralised lubrication system.
