Vibrating Feeder

The Vibrating Feeder is a kind of linear direction feeding equipment. It features smooth vibrating, reliable operation, long service life and being suitable for feeding. They are widely used in mining, building-material, silicate and chemical industry in the crushing and screening plants. In the sandstone production line, it can send materials to crusher evenly and continuously and at the same time, it can screen materials roughly. It can be used in these areas such as metallurgical industry, coal mining industry, mining selecting, building, chemical and grinding industry, etc. The vibrating grizzly feeder is basically screener cum feeder. It is used where not less than 100mm feed material is to be taking out of input raw material. It also acts as a feeder. It consists of frame which supports the feeder medium, consists of two side plates, cross beams, bucket-up frame and tension skirt boards The side plates to which the vibrator unit is attached are of sturdy construction and are adequately stiffened with longitudinal members. The whole frame is supported on heavy-duty coil springs, which carry the entire weight of the machine and of the load carried by it and effectively insulate the supporting structure from vibration due to both the vibrator and impact of the load.
