Gujarat Plug-In Devices Pvt Ltd (GPDL), ISO 9001: 2008 certified company offers a wide range of Standard and Customised transformers. These include dry type and cast resin transformers, high frequency inductors, input and output chokes for AC drives, UL as well as CE approved control transformers and inductors which are extensively used in wind and solar (renewable power source) sectors, source transformers, energy-saving transformers, zigzag transformers, auto transformers for motor starters, isolation and high isolation transformers, lighting and welding transformers that may be cast in resin or varnish impregnated. The company also has an in-house fabrication unit where electrical test benches and control panels are also made. Design, manufacturing and quality check is done with the detail and perfection suited to an engineer. The company, established in the year 1985, is one of the leading manufacturers of a wide range of dry type and cast resin transformers from 100 VA up to 1 MVA. It has additional certifications from Underwriters’ Laboratory (UL File No E301764 & E302166) as well as CE standards (IEC 61558) for small range transformers and inductors. It is approved by all major power houses such as Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd (PGCIL), Engineers’ India Ltd (EIL), Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL), NTPC, ONGC, IOCL as well as BHEL. As per this, the company supplies high quality lighting and isolation transformers for all projects undertaken by the Government of India.
