The Company undertakes forgings of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloys, aluminium bronze, titanium alloys and nickel super alloys. These are available in weight range up to 750 kg in closed die forging. The company has an integrated die shop, heat treatment and machining facilities; and a fully equipped metallurgical laboratory with all testing and validation. It is a DGQA and DGAQA certified company; AS 9100 C: 2009-01 and ISO 9001: 2008 certified company; certification by central boilers board as "well known forge" (IBR certification); facilities certified by premier inspection agencies, viz., Indian Register of Shipping & Engineers India Ltd; RDSO, ISRO certification/approvals; SIATI award for excellence in aerospace indigenisation; and equipped with 16T, 10T, 6T and 1T hammers and auxiliary equipments.
