Synthetic Release Agent

CrossNet Products Pvt Ltd offers a water dilutable Synthetic Release Agent, IT-2502, designed to prevent hot spatter from sticking. This is easy to use: spray on the surface to be protected; and spatter falling on treated area will not adhere – simply brush spatter away. This does not contain any silicones. Being a water-based product, IT-2502 contains no flammable ingredients and no odorous solvents; it is a much better choice hence for applications in enclosed environments. The product shows an outstanding performance preventing spatter sticking to a wide range of steels, including mild steel, stainless, steels and aluminium. It avoids the need for mechanical abrasion or grinding of weld spatter following welding. IT-2502 contains corrosion inhibitors for base metal protection. IT-2502 is paintable and will not cause “Fisheyes”. Synthetic release agents prevent hot spatter from sticking to the substrate. Spatter brushes off easily – no grinding is involved.
