Stenter Finishing Range

A K Engineering Industries (I) Pvt Ltd with high knowledge and experience in the industry offers Stenter Finishing Range. Detailed description is as follows:

Pneumatic padding mangle : The main structure is fabricated out of heavy duty M.S. plate and incorporate with S.S. tank fitted with S.S. guide rolls and pneumatic pressure system.

Pre dryer and compensator : The system consist of 20”/30”dia S.S. Cylinders of required width. Total 4 nos. dynamically balanced and gas heated system cylinders are mounted on heavy Chanel stracture frame with complete accessories. Guide roll provided for maximum contact of fabrics. The compensator unit ensuring proper speed synchronization of the stenter and mangle.

Bow &weft; straightner : The precise bow & weft straightner having two craved rubber sleeve expander rolls & two ebonite coated rolls are provided for fully straightning of the fabric. The auto feeding device fitted at the entry of the stenter.

Stenter : The main stenter machine stands on C.I. casted legs which are coupled together by C.I. casted supports ensuring the vibration free movement of the machine rails are fitted on the structure for smooth & accurate running of clips. The clips are sg iron casted which gives long & sturdy lift and special desing keep the proper tension without damaging the fabrics. Clip openers are provided at both the entry and delivery end of the stenter. The stenter is driven by heavy duty sprockets. Fully motorized and complete system of width adjustment is fitted on the machine.

Drying Chambers : The mine structure fabricated out of M.S angles &covered; with fiber glass wool pad insulated panels, which ensures &keep; the proper temperature inside the chamber. The chamber covered complete length of the stenter.

Selvedge drying & plaiting unit : The main structure fabricated from heavy M.S. Pates and 3nos. stainless steel cylinders with heating system. Which gives the Quick Drying for the Selvedge of the Fabric. The complete plaiting down unit at the end of the machine

Heating System : The heating system will be gas fired heating in drying chambers is possible with infra red radiant burner fitted with copper connections. Regulating valves and needle control valves. In the pre dryer and selvedge dryer unit “v” type burners are fitted with required accessories.

Drive : The machine is running with D.C. Drive. Main drive motor of padding mangle and stenter are Tefc D.C motor. Reduction gear box is coupled with the main motor of stenter machine.

Control : Control panel for the machine will be fabricated by 16 Guage crc and finished with powder coating after defrosting procedure. Panel will be incorporated with the electric switch gear as per I.S STD. of required capacity. All A.C and D.C drive will control by separate auto manual circuit for different function of the machine. And Equipment. D.C. Drive will be supplied with dimmer jet Circuit & Dimmer Stat. Temperature controller for each chamber will beprovided with temperature compensating cable, Sensors, Digital, Indicator and controller. The Complete Operation of the Machine will be operated and control at the push button type control panel board and Operating console fitted above the stenter machine

Finishing : Machine will be finised with red oxide, putty & primer paint and finally with 3 coats of industrial paint. Optionally finished with power coating process at extra cost.
