Self Feed Drill Unit

Jinshaa Self Feed Drill Units are designed and built to maintain high accuracy and durability in the most demanding conditions. A foot mounting design leads to a very precise unit alignment and high repeatability. The two bar LM guide system creates a very stable and accurate drilling condition. The size of these units is very compact and running is very silent Various speeds are achieved by cone pulleys. Also these units are very versatile as they can be mounted in any position. A hydrodynamic brake cylinder helps in achieving a linear feed. Drilling Capacity of the machine is 2mm to 8mm, Max stroke obtained is 100mm including 40 mm regulated stroke, Available Thrust is 1200N at 6kg/cm2 and various Speeds are 640, 1090, 1900, 3240 Rpm.
