The 8-nozzle type Sand Blasting Machine is designed for removal of oxidation layer and etching outer surface of galvanised sections of various sizes.
- 8 to 10 nozzles reciprocated horizontally cover entire circumference of the section that is loaded on the conveyor system of the machine and passes through the blasting chamber for cleaning purpose
- The machine is capable of sand/shot blasting any media like steel shots, steel grit, CI, grit, aluminium oxide and many more
- The machine is equipped with media reclaiming system so that only required size of media is circulated – the entire machine is ventilated by powerful dust collector, and
- Machine is suitable for cleaning, etching and for obtaining different roughness (Ra) value on surface of section as per customer’s requirement.
