Roy & Birdi Engineers offers various types of Material Handling Equipment as gear coupling, rope drum, EHT brake, resistance box, limit switch, master controller, gear box, electrical panel box, crane wheels and hook cranes. The gear couplings are available in full flexible and half flexible in a range of 19 sizes. These can transmit torque upto 12,00,000 Nm and can accept shaft diameters upto 600 mm. Drum from seamless steel pipe or fabricated steel plates revolves on heavy duty self aligning roller bearings. All the reduction gearboxes used at RBE are either steel fabricated or graded castings. All the gears used are of tested EN quality and duly heat treated and grinded and pitch is aligned before fitting.
