Hydropack (India) Pvt Ltd manufactures “Hyjack” range of Hydraulic Jacks that are import substitutes. HLP/HLT Series of light weigh jacks are designed for power and portability. These jacks are made of special lightweight material having more strength to weight ratio compared to the other jacks. The added lightweight feature of the jacks helps for easy positioning due to its less self weight making it suitable for jacking application and industrial maintenance constructions sites, shipyards, steel plants, refiners and power plants, etc. These jacks are single acting spring return in construction. The ram is hard chrome plated. These are designed for working pressure up to 720 kg/cm², quick-change couplers provided. Usually these jacks are operated with a separate hand pump and high pressure flexible hose pipe either NPT of BSP end fittings. However these jacks can also be operated with power packs. These jacks may also be provided in a double acting series available from 5 tonnes to 2000 tonnes capacity.
