Yagnam Pulverizer offers Hammer Mill. This is designed for output, low power consumption and easier operation. Characteristics: an economical unit designed for general all-round work for time saving operation. The swinging hammers in the rotating hammer rotor; crush materials at the stationary liners before driving them through a screen and type of hammers used. The method of operation is impact grinding; traditional disintegrators are technologically replaced by these modern machine, having total flexibility. Combination of different hammer styles, liner plates, sieve inserts and wear resistance technology offer almost unlimited possibilities of crushing lumpy, bulky, irregularly shaped, hard and fibrous materials, into coarse to medium fine powder; hammer mill is subjected to rigid final inspection and actual grinding tests at the company"s experimental station before it is delivered to the stores for despatch. Specifications: permissible feed size up to 100 mm; fineness achievable - up to 80 mesh or 180 microns; permissible hardness - up to 3 moh scale; permissible brittleness - medium to high; permissible moisture - up to 3%. Applications: useful for industries like dyestuff, pigment and colour, chemical, foodstuff, spice, bakery and confectionery, agro, ayurvedic roots and herbs, pharmaceutical, etc. Standard supply: hammer mill complete with feed hopper, set of serrated top liners, set of side liners, set of main shaft assembly, set of bar type hammers, screen frame, set of 3 perforated screens and V-pulley for mill.
