General Purpose ‘Rotofluid’ Rotary Gear Pumps
FTX Series Pumps are very cost economical, elegantly designed, reliable & more efficient in working compared to other pumps of this type. These pumps employs a pair of single helical profile gears shrunk fitted on hardened and ground shaft as impeller supported on either side on self lubricated sintered bronze bush bearing. The pumps casing & covers are precisely machined on CNC machine & being manufactured from closed grained CI, which conforms to IS210 grade 20 materials. These pumps are available in 8 different sizes from ¼” to 2 ½” and maximum pressure of 10 Kg. /cm2 with 2.5 LPM to 350 LPM flow capacity.
These are ideally suitable for OEM application like engine lubrication, pumping & heating unit, Oil filtration cleaning systems. Besides this, these pumps are highly suitable for pumping and transfer of corrosive chemicals, acid, dyes, resins, pigments, printing inks and various other liquids up to viscosity of 10000 SSU and temperature up to 200oC.
