Setral® AS/N is a unique, ceramic protective coating that prevents metal spatter from adhering to welding equipment. The coating forms a dry film that repels spatter. It ensures uninterrupted welding for up to 8 hours – without the need for reapplication.

The result: increased productivity through reliable, continuous work processes as well as reduced running costs.

Application notes: At the end of a shift, loose spatter can simply be swept up with a soft brush. Expensive and time-consuming surface cleaning is no longer necessary.

Minimum shelf life: When stored at or below 30°C this product has a usable life of 24 month from the date of production.
